We specialise in oak frame buildings, including oak frame conservatories, oak frame extensions, oak frame garages and oak frame stables. We also build oak porches and highly crafted, bespoke joinery; doors, gates, furniture and other oak work.

We have a wealth of experience in forestry and carpentry combined with a genuine passion for what we do.

From timber harvesting, milling and grading through to design, fabrication and framing; InSitu Designs are dedicated to quality craftsmanship, client relations, sustainability, and vernacular practices.

Having fabricated many traditional and contemporary buildings from green oak framing to glue-lam fabrication; we are capable of offering a comprehensive design consultation service to ensure all your design criteria are fulfilled.

Based in Kent we work directly with our clients, structural engineers, architects and main contractors. We have a small team of knowledgeable and dedicated craftsmen who are involved at every stage of the process, from milling to topping out. We work on every project in a hands-on fashion, one frame at a time, from start to finish.
